About the Role
Prospect Identification & Lead Management
• Identify and engage potential business opportunities.
• Manage inbound homebuyer leads, understand property requirements, and nurture
prospects through outbound calls and timely follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate client records using Google Sheets / Excel.
Sales & Client Relationships
• Build strong, trust-based client relationships and effectively communicate product value.
• Recommend suitable projects aligned with budget, location preferences, and lifestyle needs.
• Coordinate and conduct site visits, presenting project features in detail.
• Cultivate long-term relationships to drive referrals and repeat business.
Problem Solving & Service Excellence
• Address client challenges with tailored solutions.
• Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction throughout the customer
journey.
Revenue Generation & Market Awareness
• Focus on closing sales and consistently achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Support end-to-end customer journey from lead engagement to conversion.
• Stay updated on market trends, new project launches, and competitor offerings.
Requirements
Preferred Candidate Profile
• Education: Any graduate (freshers welcome)
• Experience: 0–2 years in Real Estate Sales, Pre-sales, Inside Sales, or BPO customer handling
(preferred but not mandatory)
• Communication: Strong English skills (mandatory); Kannada proficiency is an added
advantage
• Personality: Confident, persuasive, and target-driven mindset
• Work Style: Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, Email, and WhatsApp Business
