About the Role

If you are a dynamic Digital Marketing Executive who can accelerate traffic, generate qualified leads,
and boost online sales for our property-focused digital marketing platform. This is a highly execution-
oriented role that demands proven, hands-on expertise in paid advertising, social media campaigns,
SEO fundamentals, analytics, and conversion optimization.

This opportunity offers the chance to thrive in a startup environment, taking full ownership of
end-to-end campaign management. The role requires strong knowledge of SEO, paid advertising
platforms, and digital marketing tools, with proven ability to execute performance-driven campaigns,
optimize digital presence, and support broader marketing initiatives — all while continuously
enhancing results with a clear ROI-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Performance & Paid Marketing (High Priority)
• Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) LinkedIn, Twitter and Google Ads
• Manage ad budgets with focus on ROI, CPA, ROAS, and conversions
• Test creatives, audiences, attractive offers, and landing pages
• Track and report daily performance and optimize campaigns

Social Media & Content Promotion
• Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn etc.)
• Promote Reels, Shorts, videos, and creatives in collaboration with designers
• Identify trending content formats and engagement opportunities
• Support influencer and collaboration campaigns

SEO – Search Engine Optimisation
• Perform keyword research for products and categories
• Optimize website pages, product listings, and blog content
• Improve search visibility through on-page SEO best practices
• Track rankings and performance

Website, Banners & Conversion Optimization
• Work closely with the web designer to improve landing pages and conversion rates
• Monitor website analytics to identify drop-offs and improvement areas
• Suggest offers, banners, and promotions to improve sales

Analytics, Reporting & Insights
• Track performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager
• Prepare simple weekly and monthly performance reports
• Provide actionable insights to improve traffic, engagement, and conversions

Collaboration & Coordination
• Work and integrate the internal platforms for the marketing activities
• Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and web developers
• Align marketing team for activities on product launches, festive offers, and promotions
• Work closely with the Directors/promoters on strategy for scaling and improving presence
digitally

Requirements

Core Skills

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads

• Strong understanding of digital funnels and conversion optimization

• Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and keyword research

• Experience with Google Analytics and basic reporting

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment

Experience Requirements

• 0-2 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing

• Proven record of driving traffic and sales
